Hudson's Gina McLellan appeared on Bloomberg TV on January 17 to comment on the latest employment figures for Asia and on the results from The Hudson Report. Employers in China face the highest salary demands and turnover rates in Asia and these figures have increased year-on-year.
On January 17, Hudson's Mark Sparrow was interviewed on the latest findings of The Hudson Report, covering expectations to hire and employment tenure across Asia, which showed that the highest expectations to hire in Asia were in Japan and that hiring in Asia would be relatively unaffected by the credit crunch fall out.
Hudson's John Tucker appeared on Bloomberg TV on October 30 to comment on the latest employment figures for Japan and on the results from The Hudson Report, where expectations to hire in Japan have risen dramatically and are now the highest in Asia. Excerpts from the TV interview were also featured on the Bloomberg Newswire.

Richard Taylor, Practice Leader Hudson Human Resources, is quoted in the article as saying "extended delays in the recruitment process can have damaging flow-on effects for an organisation." Richard also warns employers against settling for second best when recruiting new employees saying practices such as this damage the credibility of the HR function within the business

Angie Eagan, General Manager for Hudson China, was interviewed on 21 July on "Tips for young talent setting up their own businesses."
On Thursday, July 19, Mark Sparrow, Country Manager for Hudson Singapore, was interviewed on the findings of the Hudson Report for Q3 covering expectations to hire in China and Japan. Mark was also interviewed on the BBC for the Hudson Report in Q1 and Q2 earlier this year.
The Hudson Report for Q3 was featured in two articles on the Dow Jones newswires with one focusing on Asia and the other one on Singapore.

A Sydney Morning Herald article (26 May 2007), "Fresh blood needed," reports Healthcare companies in Australia are finding that due to the talent shortage they are having to look globally to address their talent needs. Hudson says casting the net a little further a field to include overseas candidates is one part of the answer.
