Stephan Carter is President & CEO of Hudson North America, where he is responsible for the long-term strategic direction and growth across all of the company’s North American business units, including IT, Legal, Financial Solutions, and Recruitment & Talent Management.

Stephan has nearly 30 years of experience leading profitable business groups and directing operations including sales and marketing, manufacturing, finance, strategic planning and budgeting. Prior to Hudson, Stephan was president and chief operating officer for Komori America Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of high-end printing equipment. Under his leadership, Komori saw significant growth in key product lines, implemented a number of process and efficiency improvements and launched an employee communications function.

Stephan’s senior management experience also includes a nearly 20-year tenure at R.R. Donnelly, where he held positions ranging from president of RRD Direct to SVP and general manager of the Consumer Magazine Division, along with roles in both manufacturing and sales.

Stephan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude General Studies (major: Government) from Harvard College at Harvard University.
