Patrick Lyons

Patrick Lyons is responsible for Hudson Highland Group’s annual budgeting process, forecasting and long-term planning. Having served for more than 20 years in professional services financial management and leadership roles, Patrick combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution focus, driving accountability and accuracy in financial reporting, cost control and profitability. Additionally, he brings a strong track record of implementing financial systems, managing shared services, and leading merger and acquisition integrations.

Previously, Patrick served for nearly four years as Hudson North America’s chief financial officer, where he stabilized the back office operation, remedied cash flow issues and ultimately turned that region into a significant cash generator for the company.

Prior to Hudson, Lyons served as CFO for Strategic Legal Resources, a New York-based provider of professional staffing services. Before that, as CFO of Ajilon Staffing, he was tapped to oversee financial operations at parent company Adecco USA, where he managed a $70 million budget and a 300-person staff. While there, he assumed responsibility for client services, IT, tax, treasury and risk management. Earlier, Patrick served nine years with international mail and logistics firm TNT Group. There, he spent four years in Europe before relocating to New York, where he ultimately served as Vice President of Finance & Administration.

Lyons is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors and a postgraduate diploma in professional accounting from University College in Dublin, Ireland.
